    Quest named Anguine Anguish (Expedition) not appearing after completing pre-required quests.

    i lost quest reward for one Genesis Tuning Orb and a great war hammer.

Everytime I complete the expedition i am missing one genesis tuning orb so please fix this for me thank you so much
