It is absurd. There is no excuse for not having at least one more opr map or mode a year after launch.
Less than 10%? You are obviously on a dead server.
Even when my server was low-med pop before merges we had oPR popping 24/7 max 5 min arena queue. Duels outside ww. People doing territory pushes.
But my assumption is based on ingame experience and forums observation. My assessment is more like 80% engage in OPR.
Wars are diff thats probably 10% i don’t even play war.
I am more concerned about them not adressing the horrible lag spikes, desync and overall performance problems that became even worse with the last patches.
Also i would like to see them fixing bugs before adding new content that will bring new bugs for sure.
Maybe my priorities are just different but well …
Also changing anything related to weapons or combat overall is not the right step while the current weapon balance is far away from being good at least in PvP.
It’s the other way around for me. PvP is fun on the first 5 times I do, but I can’t get enough of pve :c

Don’t think there’s anything to address that they can acknowledge, tbh. Desync/server issues/whatever it is - is still the elephant in the room.
I just transferred off cos a few days ago… arenas were popping all day and night, and very fast at peak times. OPR can be a few minutes but only because there’s already a match in progress. Not sure if multiple pop at once, hard to tell sometimes.
Of course, this is with 1-2k online at a time so it’s still not a huge percentage I guess. Doesn’t mean everyone not in OPR or Arena is a pve player, though. I spend plenty of time in open world farming, dungeons for shards if I have to, playing the market and shopping for pvp gear, testing gear, dueling etc.
For real. A real awesome Idea imo would be OPR in Myrkgard. Like left and right sides are bases. You have cap points on the bottom row, up top by the church, and in the middle courtyard. Potentially a fourth and fifth somewhere else. Maybe make it a 30 v 30 map
So you just ignored all the new stuff that are going to be implemented because you didn’t get a map for boring OPR?
It seems that the developers simply forgot that they still have such a thing as OPR

Arena’s created a small bump of 3% extra players across the board, this event with this stupid pve music event created a 24% bump.
The devs haven’t forgotten pvp, but in the short term PVE is what brings players back.
Just hold out a bit longer, they will add pvp content, but from a company standpoint what they are doing is logical.
BTW, I play 50/50 pve/pvp.
I can say creating new opr map is not even a challenge. It’s an empty map with 3 forts and when you think about how they copy paste all contents of the any zone, it won’t be hard to create new map. They just don’t do it.
I can design and develop that map in 1 day. Especially when you consider that you don’t need to do bug tests or stress tests since they don’t do it either.
Creating the map is one thing, but I think u underestimate how long it takes to make a map fair to everyone.
Personally I’d settle for the same OPR map with mutations.
ICE nerf, Melee Nerf, Heavy Damage increase, Healing reduction… This could really mix it up in a good way.
Heck, I’d love to play this OPR map during night time, would be awesome.

PvP will never be truly skillbased since they removed stagger and pushed a gearbased system. Seems you have fun with it none the less?
Well, another patch and no pvp content. But we get another expedition! thrid in a row? Great!
Weapon balancing? Nope!
Youmhave tons of PvP modes.
Wars, arenas, opr, open world PvP.
Hopefully a new opr map eventually but pve requires a lot more work now.
