The info is all over the web at this point. Respeccing causes this exploit. I think most of us are hoping respeccing isn’t locked until the devs can figure this out like trading and the trading post.
so you do have to trigger it to get it to work then? if your doing it to trigger then surly its classed as a exploit right

Consider a highly visible communication as done with BB, musket glitches before. Lots of chapped asses over this, could use something high level.

This is as bad as the machine gun musket exploit, except everybody could exploit it, it’s not isolated to just 1 weapon. This bug was fixed before but somehow got reintroduced, so I’m sure you guys know how to fix it. Please make this a top priority, ty.

In my humble opinion, AGS should PERMANENTLY BAN these repeat-exploiters and NOT ACCEPT APPEALS for any of these bans. This is the only way to show players that AGS does NOT allow exploits and that exploiters will be PUNISHED. A strict enforcement of the Code of Conduct would be better then leniency for exploiters.
This promotes a better game environment for ALL PLAYERS, since the EXPLOITERS will either:
- make a new account and not exploit any further
- make a new account and get perma-banned again
- stop playing New World
And thusly we would have a healthier gaming environment in New World!

While ur working, how about doing something about cheaters and bots before people start quitting the game again.
Not worth banning anyone for a bug in the game. If people didn’t abuse it and piss people off then no one but a select few would know it existed and it might never get fixed. Now bet they fix it by Friday.
That is why I said “repeat-exploiters”, meaning if you accidentally did it once, no-harm, no-foul. If, however, you repeatedly did the exploit, like some players have in every OPR match I have played in for the past few days, those players should be perma-banned. That’s the only way they will learn not to do exploits they find on the internet, regardless if AGS is on holiday break or not.
atleast disable wars people are using this in wars and our company lost a terretory because we refused to use it
