Another Fraction cap bug

What server/world did you experience your issue on: Nericus De/EN
Describe the issue you are experiencing: Faction Token Limit bugged after I’ve completed all the trials ( its still 25000 and should be 50000)
Is this a bug or an exploit: bug
(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I can’t buy items that costs more than 25000 tokens, It affects my questing, gameplay and big disadvantage
(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: nope

(if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:

3. My cap is not 50k!

Hope after the post here, you can fix this bug soon.
It really stumbles my New World experience and gameplay to be hindered farming end-gear.
