Like seriously ? We just had a 3 hour down time for maintenance yesterday. What are you doing ? Why can’t you do one big maintenance per month which would give you time to fix everything and thoroughly test it ? And why are you doing this down time in peak hours ? So frustrating. Do it in the middle of the night when most people are sleeping. Like I said rota the maintenance for US and EU. It’s really not that hard but you need to listen because many of us are getting to that quitting point.

We need compensation for all this rediculously long maintenance downtime. I haven’t been able to play for 2 days straight now and have to go work in half hour.
I just can’t understand why you don’t rota maintenance between EU and US and do the maintenance at midnight so it’s all done when 99% of the player base wants to play. So simple.
Also why do you keep doing all these long maintenance which just breaks stuff ?
Do one maintenance per month at midnight and in that month test the hell out of your fixes and update. Even put the updates and fixes on the test realm. Then do a once a month maintenance at midnight. Honestly it’s that simple and your players would be happy not having to wait 9 hours while you do all this. = happier player = more players = less players quitting
