Anti-healing tools

Is there any anti-healing tools at all? Like healing reduction abilites/weapons/gems?

(Mana burn?/Silence?/Long CC?)

I know there is knockbacks to get ppl out of circles etc but those are indirect counters.

How do u guys deal with this blob healing in wars? even if you get on the healers they are heavy armor with big hp pool cause of stat layout. The downside to running ha on healer should be mobility but if u just sit still in the fortdef that downside is neglected.

Stuns and knock backs…

Also, Healers / Life staff really only has 2 spells. If the healer cast’s that " blob healing" on the tank that means the healer has no heals and is essentially defenseless for the next 20 seconds. If he cast it on himself then he can’t heal any one else.

All you have to do is attack any one who is not in “the blob healing”. If they are all standing in it then find a way to knock them out of it.

The Hatchet has an ability called “infected throw” which gives the target a 30% debuff (called desease) for 5 seconds, increased to 8 seconds when target hit is at or below 30% hp (with second skill).

Thats actually the only thing I know about beeing able to decrease healing so far. The third skill of infected throw seems to be an aoe desease but haven’t check that out yet…

Hitting the target can be a bit tricky though the animation of the cast is taking some time.

Can they not equip two life staffs or do the cool down affect both hands

I’m pretty sure we can equip two life staff’s but the cool downs will be linked.

It shouldn’t be linked, that way you can have a dedicated healer :smirk:.

There are a lot of way’s to fix healers but I’m not so confident that the people who developed this game are capable of doing it.

Personally i wouldn’t even want them to be un-linked. That would just mean i could cast the only three spells that work twice as much…

yep; and hitting an enemy is not hard at all, as you can change your aim during the throw animation.

I don’t think infected throw healing reduction works in pvp. Nor does the bows skill that reduces healing(poison cloud?) According to someone who tested it on reddit.

Hatchet has a 30% healing reduction, but it is tied to a 15s cooldown ability and only last for 5s. Fun fact: It is completely inconsequential as any decent healer can remove the debuff immediately and the 30% simply doesn’t do enough.

Do you got a link for that? No worries if you don’t, just trying to work on an anti-heal build.

Duel someone and test it. I dont have concrete evidence but apparently nothing works in this game so there you have it :slight_smile:
