it is possible once in a while if you trigger all of the perks like 10 sec no dmg one , low hp , lenght.
so once in every 30 games on average.
same time pen shot deals 1.5 k on exact same mage in full health.
i duel mage every day.
and top mage destroys light armour bow.
not even contest .
so to trigger 10 sec rule and low hp is next to impossible
considering 11.5 hp plus regen
