Any ETA on the EU server? Any communication?

you seem to be hell bent on having an estimate.
I just wanna have some decent communications at all.
“It will take us quite some time longer” is also a valid communication.

Ignoring people because you don’t want to risk the response is not helping anyone and is certainly not good customer service.

its not how to fix it. Its how long it needs them to find the problem. If its as simple as a backup they would have done it by now i guess.

To be fair, it’s called constructive critique about the way they’ve chose to inform us. They’ve chosen not to give any information at all over a longer period of time.

And getting a post telling u each hour that it will hold on makes it better? When they have a estimated time they will update us.

It’s called giving information to it’s customers and it’s also VERY normal for businesses to do. It’s what you’d call good service for it’s users, but it doesn’t seem like that is something you’re used to.
So if your electricity went tomorrow and your operator said nothing, you’d just be happy about no info at all? When you contact your provider they’d just blow you off with “we don’t know, you’ll know when at some point”, don’t think you’d be too happy about that but hey you do you mate.

Just look at the right places.

If they post they are working on it to fix it asap. Yes i wouldn´t call them each hour if they are done already.

This is pretty hilarious, rather than just rolling back everyone and sacrificing maybe a couple hours progress, just have the servers down for an entire day and disable trade lmao.

If i understand all my farm during 12h to 15h is delete ?

I wonder how many people from the EU servers saw the money and immediately transferred a character with all the cash to a different server region to try and keep the money, or if AGS even considered that.

I’d like to hear from AGS how they plan to compensate for EU players, myself included, for not being able to play the game for over a week - each time I come home from work the server is in maintenance.
I payed $40 for a fully released game, not a beta. Another apology won’t do it anymore.

They did, so rolled back everything instead.

Players are their own worst enemies.

The bug was due to money compensation, which would not happen by itself after the rollback.
