Any Plans to balance Musket?

Just want to get a heads up if AGS plans to continue supporting cheap playstyles like sitting on a rock in the distance and pinging people for 2k+ per hit or if they’re going to apply fundamental balancing like damage dropoff or bullet drop?

Getting really, really tired of playing against musket botsquads that do not participate in any form of engaging combat and transform fights into a game of hide&seek. Adding Hitscan to a weapon that has 100m range without any damage dropoff in an MMO where combat predominantly happens within 20m or less is probably the dumbest game design decision of the century.
