Here me out. I know any potential matchmaking makes people cringe, but I would like to see if they can do it to balance out weapons on both teams. Ive been playing since beta and was initially really into Wars and OPR until several server merges and companies dying. Just got back into OPR for the last two weeks and out of two weeks worth of games I have won 2. What I see is that the team with more bruisers wins. i.e. GA, Hammer and now GS. As a healer the first thing I look for is how many bruisers on our team and then know its going to be a loss. One of my matches had 2 bruisers and the rest LS, FS and bow and musket. Matches have been as bad as 1001 to 179 or 259.
My suggestion is once a person queues for OPR lock their weapon in and just balance the teams with GA, Hammer and GS users. I know that teams or groups have to be taken into account, but at least you know you have a fighting chance. Just my 2 cents.
