This issue is being buried in the bug report forums and there are many players (like myself) making a very conscious effort to make sure it is not swept under the rug by people who look to take advantage of it. If you have video clips, please respond with them in this thread.
Considering this greatly effects the primary aspect of PVP and combat in this game I would classify this as game breaking, immersion breaking and further negative light for NW.

Ground effect damage or healing is spammable if the player rapidly crouches while in the area of effect. This works for all ground effects and is exploitable in duels and wars. -

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
Create or interact with a ground AOE in any way during combat.
