Aoe spells (ice storm/pillar of fire/sacred ground) not casting

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: El Dorado
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: AOE spells (Ice Storm, Pillar of Fire, Sacred Ground) not casting.
• Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: It affects what abilities I can use for war/opr/duels. With this bug, I am unable to use any AOE abilities as a mage/healer.
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No. This happened before but after a couple relog attempts it went back to normal. This time, I tried relogging multiple times and just closed the game after failed attempts. After logging in the next day, the bug is still there where I can’t use AOE abilities.
• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: [BUG] AOE SPELLS NOT WORKING
• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I’m not sure. The first time it happened in the middle of an expedition and this second time was just randomly standing out in the world waiting to be pulled into war.
