- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I saw the cooldown after collecting a Grand Bestowment from Everfall, it was 17 Hours, but less than 17 hours later, I could collect another Grand Bestowment
- Is this a bug or an exploit: Should be a bug, but might turn into an exploit
- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I am not complaining about receiving more, but the timer seems inaccurate
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: I guess I can avoid taking the gifts

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Try going to a town and see if the Grand bestowment is working before the you last checked the cooldown timer

I just want to check if the Grand Bestowment gift timers are bugged? It might be causing server instability, but I am not programmer, so I am not 100% certain.
