I believe something like this was suggested well before the first month of release.
I’m wondering if there will be any marketplace for Houses/auctions.
Houses start at 5k, 10, 15, and 20k from tiers 1 - 4 respectively.
Now you can price the sold markets for homes based on what the individual has contained inside, and they will be setting the prices obviously, or bidding in the market.
You can set it up in a way that if the player is interested in a listing, they can visit the home, and when they visit the home for an inspection everything they see in the house would then be theirs(Trophies, furniture, event items, etc.).
- Edit: also the player shouldn’t be allowed to change the items in the house while it is listed, but can still get the buffs and visit it while it is on the market and until it is sold.
The original seller needs to accept a buy offer(just in case they accidentally set the wrong price, or forgot to remove an item in the house they didn’t want to sell.)
I feel like this would be cool to add, but would obviously come with many other difficulties, in regards to taxes for when purchasing the house, does it go to the territory owners or the original seller?
“Renting” could also be possible in which you can rent a person’s home, gaining all of the buffs from that house you are renting from. this adds more value to the items you collected and also provides you with a steady flow of income if you’re house has trophies or buffs someone may need.
I don’t remember everything I was going to include in this so I’ll just leave it at this point. I doubt this will get added, but I would like to see more use of the housing system.
To my knowledge the current reputation that you build with having the #1 slot and the displayed house, you get nothing for it. You should provide awards for the people in the top 15 slots of something.
