Explenation: You did not this mess to the US-Servers, you wait even 2 hours to see what your mess do to us - this was totally planed from you! You could even shout down all transactions but you didn’t so if you have not know what you did wrong why you have not inject your wrong peace of code to the database of the US-Servers between 1 pm and 3 pm Central European Time, why you have wait and do nothing in this time to any other servers if we was not just your guinea pigs in Europe!?
THIERD: I have not got any coins, but i lost my progress fom today and I cleary disagree with this, it is your job to doing any work properly and clean and not my job as a customer to grind even more because of your and your coleagues inability for there job!
So how and howmany compensate are you offer me for the 396 hours lost lifetime (German minimum wage is 9,60 €/h) that I lost for the price that just you call a “game” (I can’t call it a game anymore it’s just a mess of a code - in my eyes) and for all ingame transactions?
Edit: Mh, what a shame I waited so long for New World, the idea was great: Then after several postponements, we just wait for a “working game” but we got … Alpha / Beta / Beta / Beta / Beta / Beta oh a release date… well it can happen… too few servers for Europe… oh well 8 or 16 hours queue… well after only 2-3 weeks they fixed it… oh who needed outpost rush, was again out for 2 weeks… oh the quests… can happen… oh server crashes well… oh wars defective hmm… oh economy broken coins to make yourself - yes and this just can happened… was only a full week with no transactions … here ever trophy system it’s just happened… oh finally one so called “real” update, too bad… no more boxes for farming … well … balance negative PVP continues … all the housing stuff in my bag and it’s wand not to vanish … new weapon and puff server down, freeze frames also glitches in the game … oh where have all the players gone? Don’t ask for crafting: I’m looking for a group for a dungeon for just 3 hours, ah doesn’t work either, I’m still not yet 200 in crafting, ah now takes 4 times as long, as a new end game contest – just for motivation … oh we mess up the European database, shout their server off and no more trading for them …
I aggree with you, what is happening is not tolerable… people here don’t understand what it means for a game that totally depends on number of players to lose 800k players in only a matter of one month, and probably they are just amaricans
I would like to give a heart felt thank you for your testing. I can’t speak for everyone, but it is appreciated when we are able to avoid serious issues.
No if you read itz carefully I lost the hole invested time in to it, because every day something is broken, if its the quest in brakwather or no trading for a week the furniture in my bags or or or or or or and i got pushed back on 9:45 am not 1 pm from my crafting skills, no I have enough from that! Point blanc!
Man, you let it sound like they sat behind you in your room for 396hours, putting a gun up your head to play the game. You played it because you had fun. 40$ for 396hours of something is dirt cheap. Better be thankful than whiny.
