Arena Master title not available on other character

  • What is your character name in New World: NOT ROZI
  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Castle of Steel
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: I have the Arena Master title on Barri, and it says: “This title is usable by any character on this account”. Yet the highest title I can equip on Castle of Steel is Gladiator.
  • Is this a bug?: yes
  • (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: Not a major issue, but I’d like to have that title on Castle of Steel.
  • When did this happen?: every day since I checked.

Titles are available per region.

Its confusing because people are able to use Battlefield Legend cross region
