Armor Penetration PvP Perk needs a buff. Its straight up worse than Vicious/Rogue in every single scenario

PvP Reward Weapons should not be straight up worse than their “Normal” redundant counterpart.

I think the developers need to change this perk and Alacritious Punishment’s label to something other than DmgCon. Right now, the only way these perks are useable are with Vicious on the named PVP track weapons.
