Hi Everybody. I’ve been checking by myself because I haven’t found anything about this topic, trying to use 2 armor pieces with the same perks (Ex. “Fireball deals 30% extra damage”) and my feedback is that perks are NOT cumulative.
If I’ve for example an armor and a helment with this perk, my fireball will never deal 60% extra damage, only 30% is applied.
Can someone tell me If I’m correct or not?
Because I’ve tried it with many different perks and I never get 2x benefits on the same perk.

Only perks that stack are the refreshing type, resilient etc…
None of the weapon perks do stack
