Armorer's Inspiration city buff DOES NOT WORK!

  This is from Everfall outfitting station. Everfall has the buff right now. You can see that minimum gear score is 509.
  
  

This is from Windsward outfitting station. Windsward does not have the buff right now. But you can see that minimum gear score is SAME WITH EVERFALL 509

This is a really important bug. Hope you solve it as soon as possible. I wanna craft jewels between 595-600. But it cant happen right now cuz of this bug! And yes I have houses in both towns.

@Mishi it does work, it just doesn’t visually display it appears to be applied in the background. I craft 595-600 jewellery and never get anything lower than 595.

Separate issue, I feel that Jewellery has less chance to go 600 than other items, I have crafted like 50 Asmodeum items for myself and not got a single 600, but I have crafted other people 600 so I know it is possible.
