The guild i’m in has been looking for a server to transfer too from Nysa ( which has a que up to 2 hours in the evening).
Yesterday morning we noticed that Asgard world was available, it’s population isn’t maxed but still busy enough for our streaming members and we agreed it could be a better place for us.
Acouple of us, who were able to logon (big que on Nysa) or were allready logged on, sold all of our properties (!) and transfered.
A few hours later Asgard was locked out again from transfering. Now a couple of them are stuck there with no guild, no transfer tokens and not much money.
@Developer@Community-Team is there a policy that they can make a ticket and get a transfer token and maybe some refunds for there trouble? And can you tell us if more servers will be added soon?
I am sorry to hear some of your guild mates are having issues moving servers. Here are the basic things you need to have complied with in order to be able to do so:
You must be in a Sanctuary.
You cannot be part of a company when transferring.
Cannot have active Trading Post transactions.
Cannot own any houses.
Must be at least level 25.
Please note, if you comply with all of the above and the issue is still ongoing, some servers are presently unavailable for transfers as they are either full or not accepting transfers (locked). You can try moving to a different server with availability or wait on the server to become available with no specific time frame for when this may happen. You can check on the server status here.
We do not offer transfer tokens or compensations due to transfer unavailability.
@Fennec i get the feeling you havn’t fully read my post. With my 15 years of customer service experiance, also understand you have lots of questions where a standard reply template can comply. But i was hoping for a personal response.
We are complying to all the transfer rules,
We know the server is unavailable for transfer.
The server was available for only a few hours and went to locked/unavailable during the guild member transfer. About 20 members transfered. The rest was unable to logon to use there token.
I’m asking for your understanding and information on availability, not for a standard template.

The requirements are posted to give full disclosure to other players trying server migration that may come across this post.
Server availability is not guaranteed nor do we offer to return tokens if these close during other player’s attempts to move.
Server availability can be checked in the link provided but is subject to change at any time given volume or the server’s lock status.
Additionally, it is important to note that Tokens are sold to individual players with no guarantees these will sustain a whole guild migration.

As far as other servers becoming available, There are no official developer notes at present that point towards this but do keep an eye on our Official News Forum as well as our main site for possible updates.
It’s a very poor and flawed system in my opinion. Now friends and family are separated and forced to either make everyone move or go to a server they don’t want to go to since transferring back is also not possible…
As a company you should inform your customers better and in time about opening and closing of transfers instead of them gamble away transfer tokens on world transfers in the hope they can play with the people they want.

Hi, i see the server is open for everyone.
Does it worth it to transfer there? How is the chat channel (languages) & the map (mixed or dominated color)? I’m asking bcs i consider to transfer there from the Dry Tree.
