was able to login to delos. but error in eridu.
i can log into EU but not AP - cant even log into argatha which only has 30 people online.
Amazon emailed me to say restart my router etc but thats obviously not the issue if i can connect to other servers and others are having the same problem as me.

I thought I was the only one. Been fighting Wireshark and whatnot for the last 10 minutes to work out what was going on. I am with Aussie Broadband; Anyone else?
For what it is worth connection to the other datacentres seems to work fine (I created a new character on US West and it worked)
Delos appears to be working again, but unsure if that was just luck
Im not with Aussie broadband. it seems like theres too many people having the same issue for it being a providers problem.
Its midnight in NA so lets hope we get a fix sometime soon.
suddenly losing players, probably got booted out. i am still able to login to delos w/ no problem. only in eridu got the error.

Can confirm. I just created a new character on Delos and it worked fine. Seems Eridu is the problem
yeah Delos you can log into, just not Agartha or Eridu.
My only assumption is they’ve cooked something while preparing for the fresh start servers in a day or two
i can login now in Eridu

it’s been hours and I still can’t log in to Eridu. Any fix?
I am getting this error now when trying to login to Eridu:
Unable to connect to the server. Please confirm your internet access and try again.
I can logon to Delos OK.
I was able to logon without issues last night (12h, 10h ago)
Just tried again, and got the queue message (5 in queue, then 1 in queue before the error)
Same for me, logged in fine yesterday, this morning cannot log into Eridu but can log into Agartha fine
Same, login error is back again.
I can’t access my character on Eridu AP server but i can access other servers.

same here. just tried like an hour to FlushDNS, RenewIP, etc. no way to fix it.
