Asia servers when?

We have an AP-Southeast region but the servers are in OCE / Australia

AGS, please consider this feedback more seriously. Simply opening up New World’s accessibility towards the Asian region can allow your game to thrive MUCH more. There are a ton of games in the Asian region that has hundreds, no, millions of players despite the games themselves being way subpar to what New World has to offer.

New World in its current state still has much to improve but it can only get better from here, the new player leveling experience has been much better than when it used to be back in launch, a lot of Quality of Life changes have made playing the game much more user-friendly.

Also kindly consider if it is possible to have servers in Hong Kong or Singapore as these are the probably the best center of connection for most players in the Asia region

You can easily bring up your player population from a dwindling 30-40k upto easily over 100k+ active concurrent playerbase. (depending on how the Asian flavor appreciates the game, it could well over be 300k+ as well) Do not underestimate the revenue that Asia region can generate for your game as if they do enjoy your game they will buy it, and pretty much throw their wallets at you regardless.

a lot of the Asian players are already on NA servers selling gold. Who would they sell to on Asian servers?

Not sure how this has anything to do with having Asia servers? It doesn’t take much to think that Asians can also sell to another Asian if that’s what you were worried about. But, please keep any Gold-selling topics out of this as this is not the main topic or issue here.

Yea because opening more sweat shops would only mean more of the locals could wear Nike socks too.
