Not a players job to work out solutions for the devs. Devs get paid to do a job, they need to do it or go back to flipping burgers and coding $0.99 Candy Crush clones.

I have severe disdain for people who just complain but don’t/won’t activate their almonds and come up with solutions. It’s lazy. It also doesn’t cause Asmongold to seem he is interested in things improving. He never should have left WoW. He seems that he regrets his decision to leave WoW and seems as if he is creating a list of reasons why he is returning to WoW. Which is great, he should return to WoW, he never should have left.

Something to note is that Asmongold WANTS New World to succeed and at the end of the video, even offers AGS the power of his platform to promote what they have planned for in the future.
For anyone on the fence about watching the video, he isn’t just shitting on AGS.
100% agree, Asmongold is right.
One point I touched on in another thread, Storage Shed system and fix, Asmongold described as “DOA”, which I think is an understatement. Every minute New World Developers delay fixing the storage system (The Fix/System, is in game now, already works, just need to flip the switch) is another minute and player lost.
New World Developers will one day address this issue it is inevitable… how many people will have quit the game before they do?

My point was it cannot be compared to WOW which is what Asmongold is comparing it to given that is where he made his fanbase. Hell it cannot be compared to any big name MMO, it is too new.
The only aspect that can be looked at between new world and other MMOs is races, and new world is made to not have a million different races so not have the diveristy those older MMOs have. That is what I was saying. NW is to new to be held next to what those games offer in NPC verity yet morons like to post “Hur dur game boring cause all NPCs the same hur dur” ignoring the fact those other games have years of expansions.

You’re giving glory to these people who make a living playing round the clock games who are making a butt load of money off of your views. I get it… They have valid points, just as anyone else and yes, they may get more attention than your complaints, BUT…
Consider that these people get so much attention that if they lean one way or the other on any topic, you have the serious chance of devs taking their word for gold and to hell with your legit thoughts on any matter. This has happened countless times over the years. These people become your spokesmen and what they say tends to carry more weight than yours.
So you remember that down the road when the people you’re giving this kind of attention to are making the rules and not because you’re complaining about those same rules.
This is dangerous in my opinion.
When did we start propping these basement dwellers with no real job skills as gamer gods anyways? You would swear that people think that these folks have ALL the answers the way they’re being worshipped. That’s pretty pathetic imo.

He actually gave an honest review. Everything he said is correct.
Valued is subjective, but more importantly, his voice is heard more. He has over two million followers just on Twitch alone. That’s a lot of negative publicity, and let’s not forget who owns Twitch.
