- Issue that occurred - Received an invite to another company (Legionoftyrants) while I was already governor of my own company. When attempting to click the “Decline” X to turn down the company invite, I receive a message of “You must appoint another Governor in order to join another Company” despite not trying to join another company, and the invite stays active with a red alert counter.
- Time and Date - Oct 2, 2021, 0922 EDT (but occurs every time the button is clicked)
- World/Server - NA East: Atvatabar
- Location where issue occurred - World location does not affect this bug.
- Any steps that can be taken to reproduce the issue - Receive an invite to join another company while already Governor of a company. Attempt to decline the invite by clicking the red X under the social tab’s “Company Invites” header. Receive message in error and invite still persists.

I had this issue in Beta, interesting seeing it back

Additional interesting details: Invitation character, Aeruen, in the social interface temporarily shows as a member of my company after attempting to decline the invite. Eventually he reverts to Valiance.

- I’ve received two company invites (I’m already in a company as governor) that will not go away. Every time I log in I see two social notifications for the invites. When I click the “X” (decline) I see a popup in the upper right that says “you must appoint another Governor in order to join another company" (see screenshot). It has been like this for 10+ days. The invites are always there.
- This is a bug
- Gameplay affect: It’s mostly an annoyance. I may miss other social notifications as I might assume they are these old company invites.
- No, I cannot recover from the issue

Oh good, I’m not the only one with this issue. I even tried blocking the player and the persistent company invite still exists.
