Attribute and perk value increase at 625 slightly lower than appropriate πŸ‘‡

The upcoming 625 gear score cap increase has been met with calls on both sides that it is both too much and too little, both camps seemingly not having a concrete grasp on the way item attribute and perk values scale with gear score, and how much those values increase relative player power.

I feel the current values are very close to ideal, however the issue with split attribute items not gaining any attributes at all from 600-625 obviously needs to be remedied. It seems clear there would be an issue there because the items are split 60/40, so which stat gets the point? Aside from this, if we were to increase the attribute gain to 27 / 16+11 at 625, and 26 / 16+10 at 610 for equipment as well as 32 / 21+11 at 625 and 31 / 21+10 at 610 for weapons it would allow players to hit more attribute passive milestones easier allowing for more builds to be possible utilizing high gear score anchor pieces.

This would amount to an extra 10 stats as compared with the current state on PTR which is both a small increase in actual player power, but a significant increase in flexibility.

Also, you may not included an important info. Split Attribute gear won’t get the +1 (also the case for SnS); that makes this all way more questionable, why not just go to 630 where I assume those would receive +1?

I very specifically reference those items:
