Describe the issue you are experiencing: I put several orders to buy cinabar and tolvium yesterda, and other stuff… Today i see that the order has been completed, all the items have been purchase, the gold has been used, but i DONT HAVE the items. Basically, i have been ripped off for a LOT of gold.
Is this a bug or an exploit: BUG, HUGE BUG

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: put a buy order, someone actually sells, then you check your warehouse and the items are not there.
We are currently testing a fix for this and will be deploying it as soon as we are confident. Players who encounter this issue WILL receive their missing gold/items when the fix goes live.
Hey, as many people prob said, in my case i dont have any active orders and i just want to be transfered so i can play with my mates, dont care about the gold.
is there no quick solution for people in my similar situation that just want to transfer?
Well i dont really see how people are so mad about the marketplace orders etc, in my opinion you can still manage to play with ur friends or not, if you are unlucky like me who dont give a fuck about the gold i would miss dont care if it would have been 100k i lost, playing the game after all this time waiting to transfer are a much higher prio and i dont think im alone thinking like that.
