Posting in hope that someone from AGS can actually reach out and resolve this issue (As Juiice cannot post on the forums due to the ban). Juiice one of our counsel members has been banned for “Disruptive Behaviour” The issue is very similar to Rev Zareh and Royee’s post and he feels that his issue is not being looked after by humans and it is automated. He has received multiple replies to his appeals all saying the exact same thing. The moderators are not even willing to look into the logs of what was actually said and they have just banned him permanently. He simply typed “www. they stopped playing .com” in regards to a comment that was made in global chat and 15 minutes later he was perma banned.
He simply feels that his case has not been looked after by a human, anyone with common sense would tell you that this does not warrant a permeant ban. He’s got roughly 700 hours in game and does not want to restart from square one. You can tell he has been incorrectly banned as Rev Zareh and Royee both got banned for “Disruptive Behaviour” over their comments in global chat for posting -
“Well, you still can! Go to C O I N F O R N E W W O R L D . C O M” (RevZareh’s comment)
“vvv.[Asmodeum]c o M 2500g = $10”
It’s quite clear that he’s been banned incorrectly and typing “www . theys topped playing .com” (completely fake link) is the reasoning behind his ban. The comment has been completely taken out of context and does not merit a permeant ban as Juiice was not gold selling he was merely making a joke about a company on our server.

Our Company literally lost one of the pillars on which it stands. We miss playing with our mate and request that his plea gains a little more attention.
