After my 10th ban and 10th appeal with a copy and paste response , the exact same appeal denial every time usually 3 days after my bans already up, these are not being read 100% i record all my gameplay and have done nothing toxic other than pvping at forts and putting people down but i dont talk shit , I often help other players in chat and encourage them to read the rules. yet here i am victim of the false bans , New World's Most Unfair Weapon of War Could Be Its Banhammer [Update: Amazon Responds] - IGN
Amazon quality is not here between the lies from the marketing team vs game team vs discord moderators vs game masters. the poor customer service that never feels like they even look at your ban appeal and the lack of proof provided, i understand they must go though a lot of these given the automatic bans given after 25 reports, but you guys must add a white list to players who get banned many times for no reason. I will be canceling all amazon products as a whole and no longer use the website this quality has tarnished the whole name of a company i used to trust
