This!
I am sure an unlock consumable will be available in the store next year to up the maximum
Agreed. Sometimes I farm for 3-4 hours with max capped azoth. While using it, it finishes in 10 min.
Count me in, there needs to be something we can do as players, to earn a higher cap. Especially since some of my teleports, can cost me upwards of 372 Azoth; insanity!

I agree, 1000 Azoth cap is somewhat sad, I think it’d be great if we could have it increased, tie it to the Azoth staff for example.
No staff= 1000
Tier 1 = 2000
Tier 2 = 3000
And so on and so forth, I think that’d be a fairly reasonable thing to add, or just something along those lines.
are you lvl 60 and do a daily elite farm rotation, while checking here and there for ironwood / orichalcum etc?
Also yes, it might be quick to refill when youre in the leveling process since people spam trains in restless and mourning, as soon as you hit 60 that wont happen since the freaking tier 5 staff is broken and we cant even clear the corrupted portals in myrk for example.
There is absolutley no way that a max level player is enjoying the azoth system as it is right now, no way. I dont want to do stupid lvl 45/35/25 portals to be azoth capped, and since the high level ones are still broken after 100s of reports, my only 3 options are:
- Walk from shattered to reek, to eden to africa or china or whatever
- Buy vials on the marketplace for 200g a piece for 50 azoth
- do lame and boring sidequests inside copied areas with copied mobs and copied quest tasks.
nice.

I dont craft gear anyway, why…when higher gear score items drop with less work, even at low levels. I know it comes in handy for a few pieces and leveling that particular skill, but other than that, its not like i am creating a new toon and going to be decking him out in the finest the world has to offer at every 10 levels or so.
Same with repair parts. Maxed so fast on it.
I generally think that there should be a quest for nitrogen itself, it can be difficult or boring, but it should be
Unpopular opinion.
i like it the way it is, if azoth becomes too easy to bank, there will be less exploring, fast travel everywhere, and no discovery.
too many people are in a rush to actually play the game.
not only that, what would the point be of having seporated economic bubbles if you can fast travel around without cost or consequence
this is the choice of everyone whether he wants to travel the world or not, I’m not interested in exploring locations, I’m interested in pvp, so here you can argue for a long time
And who are you to judge other people’s playstyle?
If i wanna rush let me rush, if i wanna take a shit on top of the everfall well let me be.
It’s a legit suggestion, don’t comment if you have nothing good to say and by the way it would not affect your erp or pve bs anyway
I think Azoth needs to be increased as well but not by too much. I don’t think it would be great for the game to be able to have a massive amount stored either.
Little rant (skip if you want, just a response to xJovo)
more constructive opinion below
Judging others playstyle? no. you can rush all you like i dont mind.
Sorry for the offence,
however is not this game built on the idea of exploration?
Did the developers not go through good effort to make an engaging lore to discover?
is pvp not more fun when you encounter someone in a suprising time and a suprising place?
(the alternatave being everyone at the same places all the time repeatedly mobbing and camping)
im not trying to enforce my way of playing to others, i just find it sad that in games, i see too many people in a rush for the greatest efficiency, and practically burn themselves out trying to level as fast as they can.
and i feel sad for the creaters who put much effort into content only to have it skipped over.
by the time you go back to the low level arias all you have left are mindless fetchquests and kill quests. making the game seem boring.
i have seen many players fun be leached away by forgetting to actually play the game in their rush to reach the end/get the best equipment/discover the meta ect.
pvp i get it, if that is all you want to do, getting to where you want to be quickly is advantageous, and being max level, makes a good level ground between yourself and your opponents so level gaps cant interfere and pvp is a major part of the game.
However remember this game does have many community’s playing it, and as pointed out with many game styles. i believe makeing travel too easy changes the balance of the game too much and moves the game away too far from what i feel is the developers vision for the game
Rant over
to expand on what i said before, i feel if travel becomes too easy, the economy and trade between towns would change drastically. nodes for materials would become more contested due to being easyer to reach and some of this games variety would be lost.
i also fear the quality of the players gameplay may suffer, due to less people walking about on the field, it would be more crouded in the hotspots, and practically barren in others. also random encounters of the pvp kind(1 v 1) would likley end up just being mobbings due to concentrated population at travel points.
easyer fast travel seems like it would be more convenient on the surface, but i think it would defeat the purpose of some of the games mechanics and reduce spontaneous behaviour and events
the game developers, decided to give a sense of isolation to each town and region through various means, and i believe increasing the azoth cap could be counter productive to this vision.
wow can’t wait to press auto-run button and alt tab and wait 5 minutes to arrive at my destination! great immersion!

Raise cap plz
Buying houses isn’t a long term solution either.
5% to 20% tax every 5 days is worse than credit card interest. Possibly just as bad of a deal as payday loans.
