Azoth Extraction not working correctly for logging

My axe has the Azoth Extraction perk, which for this item states “42% chance when finish gathering a node to gain 1 Azoth.” I spent the past few days mowing down entire forests, constantly doing a head count of Azoth/Havested Trees. The rate seems to be somewhere in the 15-20% range.

I noticed a similar disparity while mining boulders the other day. Given that, it’s probably a good idea to test all of the varieties of Azoth Extraction. (Skinning seems to be fine, but worth a test anyway).

Seems like all forms of Azoth Extraction except skinning are proc’ing at less than their advertised rate.
