So i recieved 2k azoth salt from 1 opr win, but only 1 salt from a loss? basically 0 rewards from a loss.
Unless this was a bug - this “balance” will be awful and it will just be full of premade groups making randoms/casuals suffer yet again from a scuffed system unless they end up with the premades.
Why not just make ranked arena with higher rewards, and let normal pvp be? Not everything need to be hardcore.

Wow if this is suppose to be in game what a HUGE oversight. Basically AGS is going to drive off all the casual players and kill the game. Pugs make up the majority of groups then premade groups even on Maramma. Which has the highest population.

Same here, only got 1 Azoth Salt. That’s going to be a problem…
Edit: Lost a 2nd time and got nothing at all.

Yeah I noticed this too. It doesn’t even say you get any rewards but you do get 1 XP and Salt at least for your first OPR lost. It will take time for AGS to balance the rewards across all modes.
@Luxendra @Shadow_Fox I think this has to be a bug that we don’t get any Azoth XP or Salt for OPR losses? Are the devs aware of this and working on a fix?
Yes, yes it is. If it’s not addressed then Arenas are going to become a “Sweats-Only (not bashing my sweaty friends here…and I have them) Zone” populated largely by premades looking to curb-stomp pugs.
And OPR’s are going to be even more full of premades than before because nobody is going to want to lose. Or people are going to OPR win swap (if they can figure out how) like they did fort swapping. And everyone else is just going to stop playing because you very quickly start to feel dejected when not only do you have a bad loss but you get nothing to show for it.

at least they could do a hotfix because they are scamming experience points but well you can’t expect from the company that runs this game it’s pathetic as they don’t even do 1 complete patch well, then they say no if it was our intention that whoever loses does not take anything, and they wonder why each month they lose more players.
