Let me start by saying this is on behalf of my wife and her account.

Okechobee - What server/world did you experience your issue on:Castle of Steel/ Eden
- Describe the issue you are experiencing:
Even though all quests are completed which have been checked by both me and her, she only has a tier 4 azoth staff. - Is this a bug? (If this is an exploit, please follow the steps here: Yes [Dev Blog] How to Report Exploits - Updated)
- (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: It affects our group anytime she needs to open a door or interact with something that requires a t5 staff. And Tonight while playing Brimstone sands she isn’t able to progress her storyline due to the bug.
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No. Both she and I went through her quest line, and went to talk to every person attached to the quest line at the point she is at and everything is appearing as it should if she had a T5 staff.
- (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:
- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I’m not able to do a screen shot at the moment, but she doesn’t have a T5 staff it’s only a 4, and the only thing showing that has anything to do with the quest line is the tempest heart exp which she has completed several times with me. I beat the game with her and I have my staff.
- When did this happen? (Date and Relative time; please include your timezone) Unknown when it exactly happened, but we’ve been making due with the issue until the Brimstone sands update and she’s stuck at the mission requiring a staff to complete the transports and that was 10/18/22 at approximately 8:30 P.M CDT .
