what quest activates the Axoth staff quests I am at a loss please help

I don’t remember precisely, but if you follow the main quest chain you will get it

I checked new world database… I think it’s this quest to get t1 azoth staff:

I have went to the giiver but there is nothing do you know the org. of the quest [Yonas Alazar]( has nothing
