Azoth Staffs Missing T4 and T5? No Brimstone Sands quests

I am unable to activate Brimstone Stands quests and it would seems that I am missing the T5 Azoth Staff required. I have a T3 staff and have tried to find the quests that trigger for a T4 and T5 but I have completed all the quests and cannot find ay chains related to Azoth Staff progression. I don’t know if this is a bug or user error but this is my Main Character and it seems odd that I don’t have a T5 staff. have been playing with this character since at least last November or December. I have also invested in a skin and paid some real cash out.

Please help as I was looking forward to using this character in the new zone! So far, it is disappointing. With thanks.

Still not able to access. Not sure where my lvl 5 Azoth staff went but now I only have a lvl 3 and still can’t access the new zone and its quests. I also can’t pick the quests to level up the lv 3 Azoth staff that I now have in my character’s possession.

this kinda blows. Can play with my main character so guess I iwll go play MW2 for a while until this gets sorted out.
