Bündnisaufstieg von Novize auf Tempelritter ist nicht abschließbar

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I cant upgrade my fractionlevel from Novize to Templar

• Is this a bug or an exploit: Its a Bug i guess. I´ve read this a lot but all solutions didn´t worked for me. I passed Level 33. So this quest should be able to clear. I also have 3000 Fractionpoints.

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I cant carry that much because i just got one Bag and it harms my progress ingame.

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: no it´s impossible without your help, in my case.

• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:
