I greet you very cordially.

I was kicked from the server this morning. After trying to log in again, a message popped up: “Blocked Login: Suspicious software or corrupted installation detected.”

I did the file consistency on steam, scanned my computer for viruses, but everything was fine.

I wrote to the support and I don’t know what’s going on …

I have over 500h losses on steam and spent money in itemshop.
I have very good equipment and a top guild on the Zanar server.

My game nickname is: xghostek
Server: Zanara

I would like to ask for help in solving the problem …

Just a question. But do you use the Overwolf Minimap? Not saying that’s at all what it was but could give some insight to others that use it to be weary.

The cheaters don’t get banned, so that’s a false assumption that this guy cheated, because he has been banned.

If EAC worked, we wouldn’t have bots running for 3+ weeks in a row.

I don’t get why some people are jumping to silly conclusions? Don’t automatically jump on the ‘you’re cheating’ bandwagon when you don’t know what the error truly means. @see_me_comin most of the players who get this error are not even banned.

Do double check on live chat with several advisors as for some reason some people have access to the correct information.

Check my post above for possible fixes, if it doesn’t work, you’ll have to wait for a hotfix

No, you’re definitely accusing them of cheating, you haven’t proven a damn thing, and blocking someone is not censorship, you’re still free to keep spouting your ignorant drivel and troll like behavior jut because someone has put their fingers in their ears.
