My friend keeps trying to log in and gets this error message. This is a brand new character on a low pop server. We looked for similar errors, but this character has no special characters in the name.
Character name - Iggie
Server - Dis
System Specs - Windows 10, Intel(R) Core™ i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz, 16.0 GB RAM, 1TB HDD, GTX 1080TI

I gave him the support response on a similar thread found here - Bad request to login services
He followed the steps given there and was still unable to log into the new character he had created on the server Dis. Once the queue issues were alleviated, he was able to log into our main server and hasn’t recently attempted to log into the character that was giving this error message.
