Did another run with my static and this time the quest did not register me entering Lazarus. Previously I think it did. Hope this helps the dev team somewhat.
Problem still exists with new patch and wasnât listed on the known bugs list posted yesterday. Not being able to finish this quest line for months now is ridiculous!
Iâm sorry some of you are still having issues with the quest after the recent patch, to further assist you with this issue you will have to contact us through live chat Contact Us | Amazon Games and create a ticket, we will need your logs:
At minimum, provide the most recent log, but preferably provide 3 logs from: Users<username>\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\LogBackups
If applicable, provide a single log file from: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
Tip: If AppData is set as a hidden folder, you will need to enable hidden folders to see the logs.**
Confirmed Same issue in this new patch and I have already sent my logs in regarding this issue. @yaroslav.andreichuk Has posted a video of this and this is exactly what happens to me.

The reason why we need you to reach us via a live channel is because weâll need personal information which cannot be provided on a public space. Be sure to have your game logs ready (Users\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\LogBackups)

@Misterhdmf the reason why we ask for your game logs when we request an investigation with the developers is to get a better understanding of the situation but I do appreciate your understanding.

Same issue here ran twice today and absolutely nothing whatâs going on? Used 1 orb and then entered again on mutated and yeah canât compete it doesnât drop anything after defeating. What do I need to do?!
Tried again after latest patch still didnt drop, still not registering as entering the expedition, wonât let me drop the quest and pick it back up, just lets me reset the quest, I have done that after every try
