Is still quest doesnāt work?
Cuz i meet Laz over that 25+ times with my Orb n still canāt finish the quest.

Cannot complete quest. I have completed the dungeon several times and the game doesnāt even recognize that I have entered the dungeon. Please help, also give us an orb since we used them trying to complete the broken quest.

Iām also having this issue and I canāt even abandon the quest. There is no option to abandon it, only reset it and I have completed Laz several times and won and still have not gotten the head piece.

It appears some players are having a similar issues when they try to abandon the quest, can you contact us via live support after trying basic troubleshooting steps with your game (verify game files, restart) so we can request an investigation and escalate it.

So, I did a file check, everything is okay.
Went into the game and passed Lazarus 2 more times with my own orb, but the quest is still not done.
What should I do now? Reinstall Windows, reboot the modem, or what else can you tell me to do?
You understand this is a bug in the game, as well as with other quests that did not work until they were fixed.
I already wrote in one thread that I worked as a GM and know these answers - Check the files, reinstall the game, etc.
Please tell the developers about these problems.
- Quest in Lazarus is not performed - Baetylus Heaadpiece
- Quest in the Dynasty is not performed - Justice for the Dynasty
And what about my ticket? Support just ignores it? The last answer was on January 5, and today itās February 8, itās been more than a month. This is not serious guys.

I provided information, chat, forum, mail, create a ticket, provided a video of the problem, all other actions performed, the problem is not solved! My time and many very many orbs are spent !!! Make a quest and return the orbs that were spent on execution a lot, give back how much time the quest hung and wasted orb
I reset the quest, checked files after every single server patch do the same⦠reset the quest verify the files and try to do it⦠never happen. The quest is still bugged, we canāt abandon it, etc.

To answer your second question, I removed the ticket id, as itās an internal information for an specific investigation case created from your Amazon account, I donāt believe it is a good idea to have it on a public forum. I do apologize for any inconveniences.
