10% of ur hp. So if you have 7500, it’s 750. Try going full damage with no con, register your damage that way. That’s how you get those 6k-7k bow shots too, your not comparing equally. Also compare light attack to light attack, no skillshots for bow, no debuffs (burn, etc.) on musket.

About the not being able to dodge while reloading, it’s a simple matter of timing the dodge and reload well and with the stupid slow arrow travel time, you will avoid them pretty well. Also don’t forget you much more increased chance of hitting your shots than him 
Im a musket user too. I think u need to build more, put some emerald on your set idk. I truly know what u talking, musket is hitting slower but with the same damage. But i think you to just target light armor. Building right and you can just 2 shots and rip them. I can understand need to shot 10 times to kill a tank, its a tank bro

It’s funny, players complain of their weapon, comes someone with their exact same experience but with another approach, saying the weapon can indeed do insane damage and they are automatically invalid. I think this talks for itself
Bow takes skill to use, Musket has Hit Scan, Click your target… Would be BS if you could 4 shot someone with it…
i think musket could have the same mechanics in the patch 1.1 because i really enjoy it having a quick and fun play-stile with musket/rapier. High musket reload doesn’t affect me because was really fast earlier, but can’t cancel the shoot animation real pissed me off. I can’t shoot and counter react on this patch. Lowing the damage or turning to 10 sec the reload passive could be a more balanced than this.
I continue to play musket because its funny and really what its meant to be: a sniper. I admit, musket in my hand was much more a pistol haha.

Musket needs to fixed where damage can be applied without gimping your character to 7500 hp. The damage vs heavy also needs a penetration ability. The damage vs light and medium is fine. The reload is garbage and aoe just does not exist. At this point I just want to able to play a musket without having to shoot someone 10 times. Make the musket viable for pve content. We all know musket can shred light armor but what weapon can’t? Stop using that as an excuse.
If you lose With Rapier/Musket Against GA you must be playing With closed eyes and one Hand at your Back.

New world range damage uses projectile ballistics. As poorly has muskets are designed it’s highly unlikely they coded a true hitscan system for only that weapon. Personally I would not mind a slower bullet velocity in exchange for a smoother reload and better sights.
