Balance musket damage

Musket damage are fine. You gotta start aiming in the head, play around 300dex perk to guarantee crit with Power Shot, play with Power Shot to start with btw, use Fire gem, stop slobber when you see crit damage perk, get Keenly Empower, get Fire Damage ring.

Additionnal : Get A void gauntlet friend or play voidgauntlet yourself, hit rended target.

I’m playing Musket in Medium with a bad 588 musket and I kill light 6k hp bow in 2 shots.

You Take 50 % + of His health With Headshots With Musket Till he gets even Close and then you Finish him.

GA wont Just use one weapon to kill you, so why would you do such silly Things?

Yes + there is a bug currently (clearly visible on this video) with Sticky Bomb not scaling properly to its full potential when you equip a damage conversion gem (sadly).

With this bug fixed we will litterally hit crit Sticky Bomb at 4k damage on target with low elementary resistance. I really like this dude build. Even in War you can play such a build but you gotta convice your warlead that you can do really good job in anti-flank team rather than being considered as a full sniper.

Ps: Fire Conversion gem is supposed to not do anothing to Sticky Bomb. However previously mentionned bug apply if you put Ruby in musket, it’s just not obvious then because damage is not split. So yes Ruby actually nerf your Sticky Bomb damage just like Topaz in the previous video. I play Ruby for other reason.

I think the issue is with mixed armor and how resist is applied.

Going to use Iqofane as a example since i did some testing on him and chatted for a bit.

Compared to you sprig and yes your have ok gear. He has almost 1400 phy def and 23% thrust resist opposed to onyx that gives phy resist.

I pretty much copy and pasted his weapon load out and ran a full glass cannon with 1720 musket damage before modifers in a cloth set for the bonus.

I hit him for 492 thrust damage and was like wtf your in med armor. (well plate helm and chest but still considered med to the system). The math checks out on the damage. And more people are using thrust resist to counter voidgauntlet and range.

I then tested the same build on a full plat voidbent so 20%+ crit resist with full phy resist gear/gems and the damage done was consistently higher. And that just does not seem right at all.

You know what i love , when people are coming after me and i press 2 to switch from musket to different weapon and use an ability and inst end up loading a power shot and slowly walking . While they are killing me . Thanks devs great mechanics there.
