Balance musket damage

you lose like %40 of your damage if you use a int gem on your musket and try to use sticky bomb.its basicly useles

yeah thats brutal :frowning: i like my sticky bomb too but u kinda need an int gem on musket to get dmg our of shooting it :stuck_out_tongue:

About 35%. The elemental portion of the damage is basically not scaling (at all). So insteed of doing like 1500+1500 you do 1500+500.

It is not obvious if you have a fire gem in your musket because there is no split damage. But I noticed it when playing around with a electrified musket then tested the numbers with Ruby (Fire gem) and yes even the Ruby nerf your sticky bomb hard.

But playing conversion damage gem seems really important to me, especially since a lot of people switch to Thrust damage reduction these days. I’ll keep playing Sticky Bomb because it give good CC, really strong ability especially if you play anti-flank but yeah sad bug.

Bro i truly play balanced duels against tanks and GA players. It’s a lot more work without animation cancel before shooting but still work. Riposte + Trap never fails haha. Healers are the only who i can’t solo but it’s obvious.

Yeah, exactly, reduce damage and increase armor penetration. Simple and straight forward solution.

My experience so far suggests that musket sucks (but only until you get fully geared up).

Gear for sure matters after the 1.2 patch.

If you want to do consistent good damage you have to ramp up you’re empowering.
