The weapon feels a bit weak in PvP in my opinion. The attacks are very easy to just avoid.
I think it would be an interesting mechanic if you could keep moving while light attacking. Maybe only with berzerk active, maybe with slower movement speed.
It would keep up the pressure you would expect from a hatchet with berzerk active.
I think the tracking needs work too, if the target moves at all it’s difficult to hit your abilities on them. Even in wars it feels like over half your hits miss because of the small hitbox and tracking. On a dummy the theoretical DPS is good, but a sword for example had similar attack speed, farther reach, and higher DPS making it better in almost every way for a main weapon.
This is the problem. Bad tracking/range/and hit box detection.
It feels like the weapons have no length and your fists have to land on the enemies hitbox.
The stand in place swinging also should be changed on all weapons. It does not feel good. Even if they made it so you took a damage penalty for swinging while moving, it would be so much better.
