Multiple servers had their markets completely bought out. People then used those materials to make things and sell them back to unsuspecting people.
It destroyed the game and there is nothing they can do to fix it. They will not roll back.
“Ban people for using what AGS gave them!”

My first instinct might have been the same, but we have to think of the game in general, and accelerating it’s path to the grave 
Will Amazon ban them? I don’t know, but will it fix anything? probably not.
I think towards the adage - two wrongs don’t make make/equal a right. So, in this case Amazon was wrong, and so was the user - but this won’t fix things. We’ll just all lose out in the end by loosing more players.
Although, the best solution might be a roll back, if Amazon can do it. I’m not even confident that they can though with their recent track record.
