I’ve sent appeals to the moderation already but i’ve never made any progress, not even know what cheating i’ve been accused for, i have been not accused for bot, suspicious application, exploit and else, how can i get a better understanding if my appeals get no constructives answers ?
If you see my previous posts where i put my assumptions i tried to think of everything to prove i have done nothing.

Got another tech support to make a ticket for me, i’ve been given to ticket number, days after i asked for the current progress of this one : " The ticket do no exist "

This happened to me aswell, what happens is they say theres no automated bots, but there is. Your banned for whatever you were mass reported for. give My character was banned for mass reporting a read it happened to me.
I’m sure there’s is no bots as they claim but man, no need to be a bot, an human can also copy a text and paste it, it wont cost any more than 5 second to answer an appeal.

I dont know man, it seems like you have “experienced” and used all the known glitches including buying expensive stuff which appeared cheap on the market. Using macros to make the one hit farming easier and using Hatchet bug damage exploit to farm stuff.
Reading your story makes me believe you are an exploiter.
“Experienced all knows glitches” i’m basicaly trying to include my experience with any of them even the ones i didn’t experience with, I’ve got a month to gather info for them since i don’t know where to aim for. I’m being honest trying to accuse myself to find the reasons for my ban, so yeah it’s easier to believe somoene is guilty if it try to put himself in jail no ?
Macros aren’t banned, buying ONE items (not a trophy) for cheap doesn’t mean it was a duped one, hatchet bug i’m pretty sure any of you have experienced it, does it mean you’re a exploiter too ?
Yes, reading myself about the hatchet make me think a lot of what’s the nuance of abusing and being forced to live with it.
Yet i claim to have made attempts to avoid this, avoiding pvp with, if i still remain an exploiter from your eyes it just mean i don’t have the video proof.
A permanent ban for this should’nt been the sanction if you think of it.
I have macro keyboard and mouse but never use them. Not worth the risk. and as for the exploits, the crafting ones I have never seens myself as you needed to do specific things to cause them.
As hatchet user I changed weapon frequently to reset the exploit and didn’t farm bosses or anything with it. Did you ?
Never bought an item off the tradepost which was obviously dropped in price.
I did switch weapons, that when i was playing musket pvp questings with my guild, i’ve figured just switching weapons reset this, but before that not, i thought disconnecting was the only way. So i’ve nerfed my dex to get not as high damage people do normaly with it.
I bought an armorer glove for 100 gold, it was the only one, i’m really doubting someone would intentionnaly abuse a dupe to earn 100 gold honestly lol

Well I don’t think anyone here can tell you why exactly you have been banned, but I personally do not think you have been banned for buying the gloves, but I think you were banned for either using the macros or maybe for using the hatchet exploit, or a combination of both. Theoretically you used a third party software (being Logitech G HUB) to create macros that allow you to bypass the mechanics of the game in a way and that for me actually can be called “Cheating” Also “Exploiting” means that you are abusing a broken system / mechanic that is not supposed to function that way which also can be called “Cheating” in my opinion.
Now since I never used the macros you mentioned I do not know if you actually had an advantage or not. If not, then perma ban is too hard I think, but then again, I think after manually reviewing your case, they probably have reasons to keep you banned.
I was refering to this post for macro usage which should’nt be an abuse of macro ( like afk farming/exp or any other form ) These macros you could do the same stuff without using any, it as only for hand preservation of intensive repetitives actions and not working afk as said in main post.
Reminder of people with 30k+ water in their inventory, do you believe they did it themselves ? Actualy youtubers. That sound kinda weird to be not being banned over it ?
If i was banned over the hatchet it sound like i was reported by people seeing me hatchet in hands, refering to countless reports abuse i nthe forum.
Because i wasnt abusing it, but all i have to defend myself over it’s words.

You made me think the hatchet was the most possible reason for the ban, according how a mod review it, i guess i can get banned over it.

Been told my 5 last tickets who did not get answered with the usualy copy pasta are still open and investigations gonna take time due to the large amount of people appealing/reporting.
Does that mean they aren’t gonna ignore my requests like before or i’m blacklisted ?
35 days of ban, probably one week since the first ticket without reponse i’m in my right to feel like i’m not gonna have any response any day.
