Bane increase not enough for Magical weapons

Magical weapons need more to be viable in High level mutations, while i think firestaff works Well for clearing, it is still to weak compared to melee damage and CC potential. Either make magic weapons deal alot of more damage in pve or give more tools for CC. Want other builds to be viable and accepted in pve, tired of melee.
