  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Missing Loot Luck Trophy: I had a Basic Loot Luck Trophy on the Trading post and cancel the order to reposted for less coin and now the trophy is gone.

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I manage to acquire a cheap stack deck from a player so I decided to craft a basic loot luck trophy for profit so I then posted it in trading post. Since the price was too high I desired to cancel the order and reposted it for a cheaper price but the now the trophy is gone, banish from my inventory.

However unfortunate your situation seems it looks like you bought a duped stacked deck(maybe).
You aren’t 100% at fault, but you did benefit from an exploit someone else did.
You should be compensated for the stacked deck price and all matérias used to craft the trophy.
How much did you invest anyways? I didn’t think it was something that expensive

Prices for stacks deck in my server are around 20k but I manage to get this one for 18k and also from what I read the exploit was because people were duplicating trophies not the actual resources to craft the trophies. It sucks to be in this situation I wrote a ticket 3 days ago and my situation still haven’t been resolved.

Good luck though, my trophies were gone since last week (before all these duping trophy exploit even happens), and my situation hasnt even resolved yet lol

i did. they contacted me a bit and now gone silent after a followup 5 days ago.
