I wanted to share with you an incident that I heard.
After being banned for dupe or other reasons, Steam users can open an account over Steam as family account sharing and re-enter the game on the same server and continue to bug abusing.
Instead of deleting characters and banning them, you need to use a way to block access directly through your steam account.
Maybe re-buying game can be a deterrent to look for dupe and other faults.
