I’ve already unfortunately sent an appeal with evidence as well, and still they deemed me to be botting ;-;
That’s unfortunately the only way penalties can be appealed. I would recommend contacting them again.
i’ve sent my 2nd appeal already, currently it’s in the process with even more evidence! Im starting to doubt i’ll get unbanned though… sent it about 2-3 hours ago, no reply

As @JakeL mentioned sadly we cannot address anything related to bans, you will need to place a ban appeal through this link: Appeal a Penalty - Support | Amazon Games, if you have placed an appeal already please keep in mind that multiple appeals won’t accelerate the process.
As well if your appeal has been addressed already then more appeals won’t change the resolution.

This almost happened to me since I practically did the same thing as you, completed the fishing questline at lvl 29, got to 10k fish shortly after lvl 60
I almost couldn’t complete it though because I got permabanned for “showing unreleased content”
But this was around October, the month I first even knew about the game, was just doing 20hr fishing streams and I wake up to that one day
So I 100% understand your frustration
The playerbase is also pretty “crazy”. You’ll literally get reported left and right just for being close to a node and afk for 2minutes. People have this insane bot obsession lol

It’s either that or they want the nodes, hotspots and trees to themselves
yeah, all 3 of my appeals got denied…will just have to rest then
nah, no one banned for fishing…and just bcoz ppl reporting you, doesnt make you auto banned…i have toon with high aptitute lvl, and i know lot of ppl reported me thinking im a bot. but no, im not banned.
and you stop questing at lvl 18, then straightly goes to fishing to high lvl area? spendin your time fishing till lvl 5 aptitute?
tht mean u know wht you’re doing and wht your targeting…

Thats because we report BOT day after DAY, and they still steal ou node i guess …
But yea being factionless after level 25 => 99% of the time BOT => instan report. I would have report the fisherman sadly…
Cause people play the game differently. And you’re part of the problem, not helping if you randomly report people after 5min staying at a point.
I was lvl 60 before even being close to the Starstone expedition questwise.
Most people will just deinstall and move on instead of dealing with Amazon customer support.
This game has been notorious for banning people for the tiniest bs due to autobann system and one of the worst customer services in mmo’s uptodate
not even a thousand report can get you banned…
if you fishing in the game, MANUALLY…factionless or not.
report is necesary to keep a sus char in check…
You’re aware the main tactic for winning wars and gaining territories was mass reporting leaders and crafters for the first 4months of this game? xd
You had people banned within one evening

yes, im aware…politic report, but not perma ban if the review found it nothing happaned.
a report about “something”, doesnt mean you got banned for the “something”, maybe ags find “something else” tht youve done “something wrong”…
on crafter, prolly banned for rmt? bug abuse? ever heard of it?
and like i said, being factionless, never gonna get you banned, even after thousand of report tht you’re factionless…

You’re banned, trying to get through the support seems to be insanely rough via AGS.
I got banned as a kid in a game I really cared about for no reason cause ppl were reporting me for hacking cause we were simply good, training playing esports.
Took me freaking 2 months of appeals to get unbanned. It sucks as hell to go through that. And with ags it seems to be pretty rough
nah, i never said all ban are justified…coz lot of ppl here got perma ban, but then their ban finally lifted. so yes ags did something wrong there…
and if this fishing dude, “factionless, stop questing at low lvl, strightly jump to fishing till high/maxed fishing, with 5 aptitude lvl, fishing in high lvl area, and he said he’s a NEW player”, think tht he’s doing nothing wrong, he can give a try to fight for his right…like others did and got their acc back after wrongfully banned…all i can say is just goodluck…
