and in case if you dont know, which you dont know for sure, the prosecuter has to prove that the person has done something wrong, and then the burden of proof is transfer to the defendant. At this moment there is no proof that he had done sopmething wrong.

I’m staying too. The reveal is going to be disappointing to you. It sucks to find out your friend cheated in a game. You will get past it, though.
Depends on the crime, the state, the country… but this is consumer rules. Same logic doesn’t apply anyway.

The appeal process to get bans reversed have been flawed since the start of the game shown here. Asking to be shown what has gotten one banned isnt to much to ask for since a lot of people have gotten wrongly banned just by the mass report feature.

yes you’re right he deserves it if he cheated. A lot of people “cheated” by buying duped items off the AH. typically a guild that has 80ish people typically owns a piece of land and could of had a surplus of money since WW and EF make 200-300k typically a week. He could have just used that gold and accidently bought a dupers items or he could have cheated. He, just as everyone who has gotten banned, deserves to know.
Just like how every defendant in court gets to know all evidence that proves guilt or innocence in a trial from the prosecutor.

He got banned in a video game how is he not unfit so see the evidence? lol. Several games, even the trash game league of leagues that has been around since 2009, shows you a log on what lead to your ban so you dont do it again.
If the evidence shows you can get banned for cheating/being toxic more people will be less likely to do so and if he did so then he can kick rocks. if there is 0 evidence they can provide to him, than he was wrongfully banned.
